What it is

Retatrutide (LY3437943) acts on GLP-1 (reduces appetite, slows gastric emptying), GIP (enhances insulin secretion, improves lipid metabolism), and glucagon receptors (increases energy expenditure, promotes fat oxidation) simultaneously. The glucagon component adds significant thermogenic and hepatic fat-clearing effects not seen in dual agonists. Critical: always start at 0.5mg. The maximum documented dose in this protocol library is 2.5mg during the four peak weeks — far below commercial vendor recommendations of 6-8mg. Monitor HRV throughout.

WhenOnce weekly or every 5 days. Wait 3-4 hours after eating before other peptides — gastric emptying is significantly slowed.
Duration3 months — monitor HRV throughout

Start at 0.5mg. Maximum 2.5mg at peak. Commercial vendor doses of 6-8mg are not the research-optimal pattern. Gastric emptying is significantly slowed — extend fasting window to 3-4 hours for all other peptides.
