What it is
TB-500 is found in high concentrations at injury sites throughout the body. Its primary mechanism involves actin regulation — actin being the protein that forms the structural framework of cells and drives cell migration. By upregulating actin, TB-500 accelerates repair cell migration to injured tissue, promotes new capillary growth, suppresses inflammatory cytokines, and reduces fibrosis (scar tissue formation). Unlike BPC-157 which is highly localised, TB-500 acts systemically — ideal for whole-body healing states or multiple simultaneous injuries.
