What it is
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH). It directly stimulates the pituitary gland to produce and release GH, making it one of the most potent GH-raising compounds available. FDA-approved as Egrifta for HIV-associated lipodystrophy, giving it an unusually solid clinical research foundation. Research outcomes include visceral fat reduction (particularly abdominal), improved IGF-1 levels, enhanced cognitive performance, improved sleep quality, and favourable body composition changes.
